Cancellation Policy

If you've changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, we're here to help make the process as simple as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your order has already shipped, please contact us and we will assist you with the return process in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that returns of shipped orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, where applicable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
